Does Owlis ship worldwide?

Yes!  We ship do worldwide, with the exception to Europe for all Luis Tamani Prints and Gicleés.  If you are looking to ship to Europe, please refer to Luis Tamani's website or contact us. 

What is your return policy?

If you are not happy with a purchase you made with Owlis, for any reason, you can return it within 14 days of the order date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  

Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I track my order?

We will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number as soon as the order ships. 

How do I know you are a verified seller for these Artists?

We have signed agreements with all the artists we work with, and we work closely with all the artists on our site to deliver the highest quality possible. All our Giclèe  sold above $200 come with a certificate signed by the artist. The artist signs all Originals.

Note: The certificate will arrive a few weeks after you received your painting as the artist signed it and ship it directly to your house.

What type of paper is used for the prints? 

We use "Hahnemühle Bamboo" and "Archival certified, The Lyve™ Matte Canvas". We did our homework to find the best paper to produce the highest quality prints in the Visionary Art world.

Are your canvases considered Gicleé quality?

Yes!  Our canvases are high-quality digital prints produced on inkjet printers.

Do you offer stretched canvases? 

We offer stretched canvas for all orders made in the US and Canada.  Orders made outside of North America are shipped rolled.

Gicleè - High-quality digital art print on canvas.

Print - High-quality paper print. 

Limited Edition - A pre-defined number of printed Gicleès

Tapestries - High-quality art printed on satin. Locally made and sourced in Los Angeles 100% Polyester.
